Rebuilding strength in midlife isn’t about pushing harder - it’s about tuning in, training smart, and moving in ways that support your life.

I help women rebuild their foundational strength during midlife - a time shaped by the hormonal and physical changes of pregnancy, childbirth, raising young children, perimenopause, and beyond.

Through personalised 1:1 coaching, I support you in improving core function, full-body strength, mobility, and balance, so you can feel more confident and capable in your everyday life, whether that means lifting with ease, managing energy levels, or simply moving without discomfort.

MY APPROACH
Midlife is a time of transition - physically, emotionally, and hormonally. Many of the women I work with come to me feeling disconnected from their bodies, unsure where to start, or stuck in old training patterns that no longer serve them.

Our work together begins exactly where you're at. I offer a space to reconnect with your body and approach movement in a way that feels supportive, structured, and empowering.

We build from the ground up, focusing on quality of movement, consistency in training, and meaningful progress that carries over into everyday life.

A BIT ABOUT ME
My own journey began after the birth of my second son. I’d experienced hyperemesis gravidarum through both pregnancies and was left physically depleted - far from the active mum I had imagined being.

I started with what I could manage - early morning gym classes that gave me a window of time to focus on my own wellbeing, but over time, I realised I needed more guidance.

I hired a personal trainer and discovered the power of resistance training. It helped me rebuild a stronger, healthier body than I’d had before children and ultimately inspired me to help other women do the same.

Since qualifying as a Master Trainer in 2016, I’ve worked with women of all ages and stages - through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond. And every step of the way, I’ve seen that when women feel safe and supported in training, incredible things happen.

TRAINING WITH ME
I run my business out of a private studio on Goodwood Road in Colonel Light Gardens, where I offer 1:1 personal training, tailored programs, and small group sessions for women ready to feel supported, strong, and capable in their everyday lives.
