$90 / 45 min session - Initial consultation and casual visits
New clients : Meet with me and acquaint yourself with the training facility. We will further discuss your current circumstances alongside a functional movement assessment, to determine how best to meet your goals.
Casual credit : Nothing beats a fresh set of eyes to reduce the likelihood of plateaus, or injury. An ideal option if you are training independently and would like an occasional session to discuss and assess your technique.
