The focus is on building lean muscle mass and reducing body fat—often described as wanting to feel "toned."

We achieve this through resistance training, using:

    • Bodyweight movements

    • Free weights like dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and slam balls

    • Resistance bands and other functional tools

Sessions incorporate a mix of supersets, circuits, and interval-style training to improve strength, posture, balance, and coordination while keeping workouts varied and engaging.

  • Please bring a water bottle, a small towel, and comfortable workout clothing suitable for movement.

  • Not at all! Classes are designed to be accessible for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced trainees.

I provide modifications and progressions to ensure each exercise suits your current ability, helping you build confidence and strength over time.

  • Yes! I provide modifications for pregnancy and postpartum, but it's essential to have clearance from your healthcare provider before training.

I prioritize safe, functional movements that support your body through different stages of pregnancy and recovery. If you'd like a more personalized approach, 1-on-1 training may be a great option.

Please get in touch before your first class so we can discuss any specific needs and adjustments.
