GROUP CLASSES

PTWithCarrie welcomes people of all fitness levels

Do you love the comradery of training with others?

If the thought of attending a large and busy gym is overwhelming, but you still wish to train with like-minded people under the watchful eye of an experienced coach, group training at PTWithCarrie may be suitable.

With a maximum of 6 participants per class, you will not get lost in the crowd. You can expect to receive support comparable to that of a personal training client. While training is planned in advance, your coach will be available to tailor exercises to meet your individual needs and discuss matters in and outside of the gym relating to your training, health and well-being.

You will have access to a private Facebook group where you will be able to interact with your coach and other group members to ask questions, share successes, stay up to date with class notifications and view exercise tutorials.

Group training memberships run during the state school term; ideal for parents who need flexibility around the school holidays.

“Change is scary, but so is staying the same”

You may relate?

My husband & I are parents of two growing boys so we understand the juggle of balancing their needs with our own.

While raising children is a busy time, it is also fleeting and a phase that we don't want to miss.

During school term we need routine and during school holidays we need to spend time with our children.

Does that mean our health and well-being need to take the back seat? absolutely not!

In order to perform our best at work and as parents, we need to be fit and strong.

We all know how quickly each term passes by, so we harness this short term goal to train at our best, consistently.

School holidays do not mean that our training has to stop, but it allows us the time to take our foot off the gas and move our body in different ways so that we don't burn out, or get bored.

Let us show our children that physical activity does not start and finish with childhood, it is a lifestyle of self-care and enjoyment :)

Work hard, play hard, come and join us!

If you like the idea of training with a view of the gumtrees and the song of kookaburras, in a purpose built gym definitely check out PT with Carrie.
