With a maximum of 8 participants per class, you’ll never feel lost in the crowd. Each session is carefully programmed in advance, and your coach is there to tailor movements to your needs and provide guidance that supports your strength, mobility, mindset, and overall wellbeing.

A Note from Carrie
As a coach - and a parent - I know how easily our own wellbeing can slip to the bottom of the list. But I also know the difference it makes when we feel strong, capable, and connected to our bodies.
My aim is to provide a space where you can train safely and effectively, without pressure or overwhelm. A space where movement feels like something you want to do, not something you should do.
