Your personal training sessions take place in a private studio environment - calm, focused, and free from the pressure of large gym crowds. We’ll work together to build a foundation of strength, mobility, and resilience that supports your day-to-day life.

PT clients on membership also receive access to personalised training resources to follow between sessions - whether you're training at home, in a gym, or just working around a busy week. These programs are designed to reinforce your progress and keep you moving forward at your own pace.

You’ll have access to the PTMinder app, where you can:

  • View and track your personalised workouts

  • Stay connected with me for ongoing support

  • Ask questions, log feedback, and adjust your plan as needed

  • Maintain momentum and stay accountable - anytime, anywhere
