SESSION TYPES

  • Group Training

    Small group classes with like-minded people under the watchful eye of an experienced coach. Each block of training is well-rounded to build strength while improving your cardiovascular fitness, to guarantee you leave with a boost of endorphins!

  • Personal Training

    Personal training is ideal for those who have the preference of individual attention and privacy for the duration of their session. Personal Training is particularly beneficial when working towards a specific goal, learning a new skill, or rehabilitating an injury.

  • Women's Training

    Symptoms of core dysfunction vary from a minor inconvenience to impacting the quality of life. With first-hand experience and further education, I offer support to post-partum women who are ready to restore this vital group of muscles to optimal function.
